Flawless Transformation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization in Miami Dade that provides workshops and events based on the Arts and Sustainable living. Our organization helps disabled, marginalized individuals and or those suffering from mental illness use upcycled materials to create art and express self-healing. This is a wonderful form of therapy, fostering creativity and promoting environmental awareness.
Our Programs
The Art of Healing by FT: is a therapeutic, art workshop using discarded or repurposed materials to create unique and meaningful art.
The Refinery: is an educational and engaging workshop focused on sustainable living, holistic health and wellness.
Flawless Career Coaching Program, FCCP: provides professional employability skills training, internships and gainful employment in the Arts and Fashion Industry.
Results and Accomplishments
The Art of Healing by Flawless Transformation has offered workshops to over 230 participants combined of seniors, youth and veterans.
Flawless Career Coaching Program successfully provided employability skills training and professional makeovers to 75 participants that are welfare recipients, at-risk youth, ex-offenders and veterans.
Our Plan
Provide Jobs or Internships for 200 Participants in the Arts and Fashion Industry
Once a year Flawless Career Coaching Program, FCCP offers employability skills training, professional grooming and makeovers to assist individuals with employment and internships to be self-sufficient and educated in the profession.
Our goal is to assist 200 participants who are unemployed welfare recipients, Veterans, disabled, at-risks youth and or students seeking gainful employment or internships in the Environmental Science, Fashion, Arts and design industries.
Host an Art and Environmental Awareness Community Event for 1000 Attendees
Partner with our eco-green community experts to host and raise awareness on environmental problems that impact our planet and how we can make a difference.
